Processing Time
Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare and package your order before it ships.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-volume sales, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, updates will be posted on our website or sent by email.
Orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after your order has shipped.
Estimated delivery:
- U.S.: 3–7 business days after shipment
Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier performance.
Tracking Information
Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Forever Muse Collection is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Returned packages due to incorrect addresses
Reshipping fees may apply.
Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS or shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- High shipping volumes
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Forever Muse Collection is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
