At Forever Muse Collection, every piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure quality and presentation.
Due to the nature of our jewelry and hygiene standards, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of packaging
Once reviewed and approved, you will receive a Forever Muse Collection store credit only in the form of a digital gift card.
Store credit will be issued for the value of the item and may be used at any time on our website.
Refunds to the original payment method are not issued unless required by law.
Store Credit Terms
Store credit:
- Is issued as a digital gift card
- Does not expire
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Cannot be transferred to another person
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Earrings
- Worn jewelry
- Clearance or promotional items
- Gift cards
Lost or Stolen Packages
Forever Muse Collection is not responsible for packages that are:
- Marked delivered by the carrier
- Lost or stolen after delivery
Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
If a chargeback is filed without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to:
- Deny future purchases
- Provide documentation to the payment processor
- Dispute fraudulent claims
